He has a national reputation for creating innovative solutions for developing an organization's human capital. Chet is the founder and president of the Strategic Learning Group, Inc., a consulting company focused on talent management and leadership development solutions that help drive business results.
While at Towers Perrin, a global HR consulting firm, Chet developed and implemented learning solutions for internal and external clients. In the role of Global Learning and Development Director, Chet designed the firm's competency model for consulting staff which served as the framework for the global training curriculum and the performance management process. He conceived of and led the development of the Towers Perrin Institute, a corporate university, which includes a network of external training providers that delivered programs throughout the firm's worldwide office network.
In the role of Chief Learning Officer, Chet developed best practice approaches in learning and talent management for Towers Perrin's Benefits Outsourcing business. His collaborative approach to talent assessment engaged senior managers to achieve consensus on the quality of their talent pools using objective, fact-based criteria.
Chet has developed and administered leadership 360° instruments, and has worked with individual leaders to improve their business results. A skilled coach and group facilitator, Chet has worked with senior teams to help them redesign business processes, manage conflict positively, and build consensus for change.

While at the Timken Company, a global manufacturer of friction management and power transmission solutions, Chet was responsible for the global leadership talent pool, executive education, and management development programs.
At AmerisourceBergen Corporation, a Fortune 50 drug distribution and healthcare services company, Chet led the design and implementation of talent management processes including leadership development, succession management, and performance management.
He has served as president of the Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Society (PHRPS), the premier organization for exchanging ideas and knowledge among the greater Philadelphia region's human resource leaders.
Chet has been interviewed for and appeared in articles in several national publications for his work in the field of learning and development. He has presented at numerous local, regional, and national professional conferences. He has a Master of Science degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the OD Network, and the Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Society (PHRPS).
